Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the MDY Office, including sourcing, screening, arranging interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Conduct new employee orientation and support staff induction training on HR-related matters.
  • Monitor daily employee attendance and leave records using the TA system for payroll processing.
  • Maintain and file employee personal records, ensuring all required documents are complete and compliant.
  • Check and verify data input for overtime and other allowance calculations.
  • Coordinate with the Labor Office and manage employment contract processes.
  • Prepare and submit required documents to the Social Security Board (SSB).
  • Prepare and review KPI processes in accordance with established timelines.
  • Handle employee retention, resignation, and exit interview processes.
  • Coordinate and communicate with other departments regarding employee-related information.
  • Report employee issues and daily HR operations (operational cases) to the HR AGM and  GM.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with an HR diploma (or)  MBA.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related field.
  • Good personality with strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google tools such as Google Meet and Google Drive.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work under pressure.
