*        Assist in job posting, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews

  • Support the hiring process and prepare employment contracts
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and maintain employee records
  • Maintain and update employee files and HR databases
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor laws
  • Prepare HR-related documents (contracts, letters, warnings, etc.)
  • Monthly payroll preparation and calculations
  • Track attendance, leave records, and overtime
  • Ensure accurate salary processing in line with company policy and legal requirements
  • Register employees with Social Security Board (SSB)
  • Personal income tax calculations and submissions

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 1 years of HR experience (fresh graduates with strong knowledge are welcome)
  • Basic knowledge of Myanmar labor laws, SSB, and income tax regulations
  • Experience in payroll calculation is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
