Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Assist in developing and implementing safety policies and procedures.
  • Help ensure compliance with safety regulations (ISO 45001, OSHA, Myanmar OSH Law).
  • Conduct safety induction and tool box meeting.
  • Assist to the effective training plan, organize and deliver the training/ meeting session.
  • Raise awareness on workplace hazards, conduct on site short briefing.
  • Monitoring workplace to able identify risk, assess and control this risk.
  • Conduct regular plant inspection and safety patrol/ walk throughs.
  • Report safety findings and issues at workplace on time.
  • Safety related records able to control document for ISO standard.
  • Ability to work with employees and achieve cultural change in the face of potential resistance.
  • Able to work the assigned tasks and other duties from first management instructions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Need to the related safety certificate
  • Minimum One-year related work experience and preferred production industry
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of proactively identifying and addressing issues
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Advance in MS Office.
