Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

• Overseeing contracts and providers for services including security, cleaning, M&E, pest control, waste disposal and recycling.
• Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance and security.
• Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water, heating, A/C are well-maintained.
• Managing budgets and stock and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
• Advising on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Use performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and deal with the consequences.
• Lead all Health, Safety & Fire fighting issues.

Job Requirements

• Education : Bachelor degree (or equivalent) - preferable
• Language : English mandatory; Good written and spoken ability.
• Computer skills : Medium-advanced with Microsoft office, emails and the Internet
• Experience : Management preferably in Facilities management and support services.
• Autonomous, flexible and able to work under pressure
