• Driver for IT Change & Release Management
• Management of IT Change throughout the lifecycle (including Release)
• Administration of IT Change & Release within ITSM Tool
• Establish and manage IT CAB with associated stakeholders
• Ensure all relevant processes and procedures are regularly reviewed and up-to-date
• Ownership for granting change & release schedule
• Updating and producing “Change Schedule” Calendar along side with scrum masters
• Management of reviews where appropriate for Failed Changes
• Champion IT Change & Release Management across the organization (training, etc)
• Attendance of external CABs to represent the interests of Wave Money
• Report on metrics related to the Change Management processes
• Manage necessary communications to all stakeholders
• Work with various teams internally and partners’ organization to share insights into trends and problem management
• Able to take up assigned ad-hoc task(s) whenever necessary

• Proven management of IT Change & Release function
• Successful coordination of various work streams across connected teams
• ITIL qualified with the ability to demonstrate sound understanding of service management principles
• Solid experience in leading, influencing and motivating people
• Adept at planning and organizing to achieve successful outcomes
• Proven experience in developing and rolling out new processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication
