Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Provide daily technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications.
  • Ensure IT assets (laptops, mobile devices, printers) are properly maintained and documented.
  • Support end-users with Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, and collaboration tools.
  • Escalate complex issues to IT Executive or vendors when necessary.
  • Assist in IT audits, inventory management, and security compliance.
  • Maintain incident and request logs to ensure timely resolution.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in IT support (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking.
  • Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills
