The role holder is mainly handle for the customer service, KYC change process , complaints management, supervisory if needed.

  • Develop and maintain the customer relationship
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions for customer satisfactory or inform senior assistant and supervisor
  • Help customers to onboard the KBZPay and disseminate the awareness of inclusive product services
  • To help with customer’s needs on KBZPay’s services
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Report to senior assistant and supervisor if situations (health of customers, employees, or other specious situations) are unusual.
