Job Description

  • Sell B2B product portfolio to Large enterprise customers basis customer segment and requirements
  • Identify the lead to acquire clients and partners for business growth through new sales
  • Manage and proactive to proper client visit and routinely update customer profile information
  • Manage clients to ensure sales and retention KPI’s are met for each client developing account plans in line with company requirements
  • Ensure personal sales processes, reporting and systems management are carried out in an accurate and timely manner
  • Deliver the revenue sales target and operate in manner that maximizes company profitability while reducing unnecessary costs of company operations
  • Increase AGB Communication business customer count as per the company’s business plan
  • Drive business as per company ways of working funnel management, regular business updates
  • Responsible to participate in the sales-related activities, programs, and events to promote AGB’s products
  • Complete all customer information and documents as required to ensure timely and accurate records of customer related activities
  • Create demand at the end user level. Analyze the monthly sales and propose market share development plans to management monthly
  • Willingness to work in a team and support for team members or supervisors with other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • University Graduate, preferred in IT and Business Administration education background
  • Previous B2B experience of min 1 years in the Myanmar market (telecommunication is preferred) 
  • Outbound B2B Sales Experience
  • Sales Planning and forecasting 
  • Proficient in Microsoft office & excel
  • Able to understand and communicate in English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent in working with teams and cross functional department with positive attitude 
  • Agility, and self - driven to achieve team targets 
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
