  • Manage and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, quotations, contracts, and pricing negotiations.
  • Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide after-sales support.
  • Track account performance and prepare sales reports.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electronics, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in key account management or B2B sales, preferably in electronic products.
  • Strong understanding of electronic products and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and business development.
