Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Provide legal advice on company operations, contracts, and policies
  • Draft, review, and manage legal documents and agreements
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and microfinance guidelines
  • Handle legal disputes, litigation, and represent the company when necessary
  • Support regulatory processes (e.g., licensing, reporting, compliance)
  • Work closely with management on legal risk management
  • Liaise with external legal bodies, government offices, and stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) (LL.M preferred)
  • Valid lawyer license / certification
  • Minimum (2–5) years of relevant legal experience
  • Experience in financial institutions or microfinance is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of corporate, labor, and financial regulations
  • Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters
