  • Contract Management:
    Draft, review, and manage insurance policy agreements, partnership agreements, and other business-related contracts.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    Monitor and ensure compliance with directives, laws, and regulations issued by the Insurance Business Regulatory Board (IBRB) and other relevant government authorities.
  • Legal Advisory:
    Provide legal advice and guidance to various departments within the company on legal and regulatory matters.
  • Litigation & Claims:
    Handle insurance claim disputes, legal cases, and other litigation-related matters involving the company.
  • Corporate Governance:
    Support corporate governance functions, including company registration, license renewals, and general secretarial responsibilities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree is required. (Preference will be given to candidates who hold a Higher Grade Pleader or Advocate license.)
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in corporate legal practice.
  • Strong knowledge of Myanmar insurance laws and company laws.
  • Proficiency in English and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
