Job Description

  • Design, prepare, and deliver training programs (classroom, online, and blended).
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and recommend solutions.
  • Develop training materials, manuals, presentations, and e-learning content.
  • Facilitate engaging sessions on leadership, customer service, sales, HR, compliance, and other topics.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance improvements.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, training methodologies, and best practices.
  • Work closely with managers and HR to align training initiatives with business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate training records and prepare progress reports.
  • Coach and mentor employees to foster continuous learning and development.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Education, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as L&D Specialist, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to design engaging training materials and use modern learning technologies.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and e-learning tools
