The role is responsible for supporting the development and production of digital learning media content through video editing, multimedia content preparation, filming support, and media coordination activities for learning and training programs. The role supports the delivery of engaging and high-quality learning media content aligned with organizational learning and branding standards..

Job Description

Learning Media Production

• Edit learning videos, training recordings, and multimedia content for digital learning programs
• Support post-production activities including video formatting, audio adjustment, subtitle insertion, and media enhancement
• Prepare digital learning media content for classroom, virtual, and hybrid learning activities

Media Content Management

• Organize and maintain learning media files and digital assets
• Support content uploading, formatting, and storage management
• Ensure learning media materials follow branding and quality standards

Filming & Multimedia Support

• Support filming activities for training programs, learning events, interviews, and campaigns
• Assist in preparing cameras, lighting, audio, and multimedia equipment
• Support setup and coordination for media production activities

Media Equipment & Inventory Support

• Support monitoring and tracking of media production equipment
• Assist in maintaining operational readiness of multimedia devices and equipment
• Other duties assigned by the line manager

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, prefer Bachelor of Arts Degree in Film/Photography
• Related Field

Technical

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proficient in editing software (e.g - Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Davinci,etc,.)

Soft Skill

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Mi1 years of working experience with an equivalent combination of experience in Learning knowledge and video production
• The ability for creativity and a passionate interest in film and video editing Knowledge of production flow
