Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Oversee daily operations of both branches, ensuring smooth sales and customer service activities.
  • Monitor stock levels, coordinate product restocking, and ensure display and pricing accuracy.
  • Supervise and guide sales staff to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to management.
  • Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and overall appearance of the store.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Plan promotions and assist in implementing marketing activities to attract more customers.
  • Manage cash flow, petty cash, and expense control for each branch.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and training to improve team performance.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and the head office for smooth operations.

Job Requirements

  • Must hold a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have strong management and leadership skills.
  • Must be able to solve problems effectively.
  • Must have previous experience working as a Manager.
  • Must be under 45 years old.
  • Location: Responsible for 2 Branches
  • Salary: Negotiable
