Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency, profitability, and alignment with the bank’s corporate goals and strategic objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and train branch staff while conducting regular performance evaluations to enhance productivity and maintain a professional and positive working environment.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze monthly and quarterly branch performance reports, including Profit and Loss statements, and submit them to the Head Office departments.
  • Ensure all branch operations and activities strictly comply with CBM regulations, AML/CFT policies, and the bank’s internal policies and procedures to minimize operational and compliance risks.
  • Promote and support the adoption of digital banking services by encouraging customers to utilize mobile banking, card products, and other automated banking platforms to improve service efficiency and customer experience.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. (MBA is preferred).
  • Minimum 7–8 years of banking experience, preferably with branch operations or management exposure.
  • Proficiency in T24 core banking system and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of core banking operations, compliance requirements, and banking procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage teams effectively, and support the achievement of branch business targets.
