- Oversee the production process for a company in a manufacturing facility

- Manage the use of equipment and employee operations

- Responsible for setting up the equipment, manage the workflow for a production and manufacturing project, and ensure efficiency during the process

- Lead to gain co-workers respect while motivating production workers and supervisor

- Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policy and guidelines, including purchase, materials deployment, production

- Responsible for putting in place and implement systems and procedures to ensure operations of the plant meets production plans, product quality, health/safety/environment and cost standards

- Develop standards, managing processes, inventory control, reporting skills, analyzing information, equipment maintenance and good judgment

- Ensure all necessary records are maintained to ensure effective monitoring of the manufacturing process in the plant, include monitoring of working conditions to ensure the continued provision of a safe and healthy working environment for the personnel and plant as well as safe end-products for consumers

- BE Mechanical or Electrical, and other relevant Certificate

- At least 5 years of working manufacturing experiences in purified drinking water or soft drink manufacturing industries

- Strong knowledges and experiences of Water treatment system, Blowing, Filling, Labeling & Palletizer Machine etc

- Knowledge of factory management system including; production, machine etc

- Must have experiences with FSSC, HACCP, Safety, ISO, GMP, 5S, TQM and relevant manufacturing System

- Strong knowledge of Myanmar Factory Art, policy, procedure and rules

- Myanmar Nationality

- Good Command in English language, prefer who can speak Chinese language

- Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environment, and seamless adaptation to change
