RESPONSIBILITIES

iOS Developer is responsible for the development of new features according to business requirements and UI Designs. You must participate in application design structuring and collecting requirements from business. We maintain a large code base that is separated by modules. You will work with an independent feature team. We are a problem-focused team, and we apply standard architecture that is friendly for new joiners to learn. The work is typically organized into two-week sprints with daily stand-up, sprint planning/grooming, and retrospective.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Build applications according to the design and provide designers with feedback and suggest tradeoffs when required
• Ensure the code follows the latest coding practices and industry standards
• Work closely with backend developers to understand and effectively use the systems APIs.

Experience

• 2 years+ of iOS development experience. (Foundation, UIKit, Xcode). Experience with both Objective-C and Swift.
• Expert experience with iOS Architecture and Design pattern and iOS Native APIs
• Experience using Apple MVC framework, MVP, MVVM etc

Knowledge & Skills

• Understanding of popular APIs such as Alamofire, Swify Json, Google firebase, SwiftKeychainWrapper and use them in practice
• Also have a solid knowledge of Apple native networking APIs such as URL Session and Json Encoding like Codable
• Knowledge of Apple design guidelines and able to create dynamic UIs.
• Utilizes team collaboration to create innovative solutions efficiently

• Understand Mobile Development Concepts such as offline-first, caching, life cycle, reference, and ownership, asynchronous, concurrency, security
• Knowledge of functional and OOP

• Sound problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply

Education

• Completion of tertiary qualifications in a business or related field such as Bachelor of Computer Science or Information Systems or Business, Management, Commerce.

Good to have

• Understand App Efficiency Concepts such as memory constraint, performance bottleneck, resources utilization.
• Experience in client-side databases such as Core Data, Realm
• Experience with iOS Deployment have published one or more iOS apps
• Cross-platform frameworks knowledge is a plus

Languages

• Working proficiency in Myanmar and English.
