What You’ll Do

• Build and improve cross-platform Flutter apps.

• Create and manage admin panels/dashboards using Flutter Web, Firebase tools, or similar frameworks.

• Work with Firebase services (Firestore, Auth, Cloud Functions, Storage, Messaging, etc.).

• Team up with others to design and launch new features.

• Make sure the app and admin tools work smoothly together from end to end.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and keep things running clean and stable.

• 2+ years of real, hands-on mobile development experience.

• Strong Flutter (Dart) skills for mobile and/or web.

• Experience building web-based admin panels, dashboards, or internal tools.

• Comfortable integrating third-party APIs and handling App Store / Google Play releases.

• Familiar with Git, Agile workflows, and team-based development.

• Solid English communication skills and ease working with multicultural teams.

• A good eye for UI/UX, whether on mobile or web.

Bonus Points

• Experience using Flutter Web for admin panels.

• Understanding of backend environments and API design.

• Japanese language skills.
