A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Responsible & accountable for the assign MT Key Account sales target & KPI
  • Gathers detailed information about accounts, identifies decision-makers, understands strategic business challenges and priorities, analyzing information and prioritizing opportunities critical to accounts.
  • Assist NKAM in Key account quarterly activity planning, sales forecast.
  • Ensures professional sales coordination and account planning and resolves possible account ownership issues.
  • Responsible to execute company New Products Innovation by providing Market insight, customer listing plans and products in-store activation.
  • Responsible in compilation of  market insight and competitor information including pricing and trade activities.
  • Consolidation and submission of sales and trade execution reports.
  • Assist NKAM / KAM  in preparing Key Account Quarterly Business Review.
  • Accountable for Customers AR collection, update AR aging weekly follow up with customers for outstanding AR.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree, Master Degree ideally in business administration is preferable.
  • Minimum 3 years of Modern Trade experiences in FMCG field.
  • Excellent geographical knolwdge of Mandalay downtown & outskirts areas. 
  • A solid track record of producing outstanding results.
  • Strong communication, presentation, developed analytical and project management skills.
