An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Achieve national sales, market share and availability targets.
• Develop & deliver effective/ efficient trade coverage (Trade Marketing) via trade marking force to achieve
cycle objectives.
• Developing national trade marketing & distribution/ Route to market strategy, say to today planning in support of
organisation standard & operations procedure process.
• Maintain efficiency and accuracy in management of own and competition information from the
market to facilitate timely communication (Market, Finance, regulatory, macroeconomics)
• Keep track/ enforcement of the inventory, merchandising and consumer engagement resources,
company's policy/ guidelines at national level. Ensure TM&D compliance of local regulation and company
international marketing principles.
• Management of 3rd party marketing resources assigned to the (Consumer engagement, research
resources) to maximize output to the organisation.
• Develop and implement a trade coverage plan and operational plan for the nation
• Overall management of secondary supply chain matters that includes inventory management,
cash collection process, shipment planning and ensure right controls are in place as per company's
guidelines
• Manage budget for trade activities developed for the nation and national operational expenses
• Propose goals and KPIs for trade activities developed for the nation, and track ongoing results
• Establish strong relationship with the trade members giving special attention to the preferred
groups i.e. Key accounts, Trade organisations and wholesalers to get meaningful insight from the
market
• Build effective working relationship with internal and external stakeholder groups to ensure
delivery of national business objectives.

Job Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience in managerial roles (minimum 4 years in senior management) in sales and
marketing team management capacity with good understanding of distribution, trade & consumer
execution.
• Skills in trade marketing & distribution and customer engagement in retails and wholesales
• Understanding of local market dynamics
• Proficient in English language and local language (Written & oral)
• Proficient in IT/ business software
