Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Supervise and execute O&M activities for Solar PV, BESS, and electrical systems.
  • Monitor plant performance, troubleshoot faults, and improve system reliability.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Maintain Solar PV systems, inverters, transformers, switchgear, SCADA, and BESS.
  • Lead site technicians and ensure safe, efficient maintenance activities.
  • Prepare operation, maintenance, and performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and electrical safety standards.
  • Manage spare parts and coordinate with customers, suppliers, and project teams.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electrical Power, Mechanical, Renewable Energy Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of O&M experience, including 3+ years in Solar PV or Renewable Energy projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Solar PV, LV/MV systems, inverters, SCADA, transformers, and electrical protection.
  • Experience with BESS and EPC projects is an advantage.
  • Strong troubleshooting, leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Willing to travel nationwide.
