• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with clients.• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize revenue.• Coordinate reservations, cancellations, and modifications in alignment with hotel policies.• Oversee the reservation staff to ensure efficient and accurate booking processes.• Resolve any issues related to reservations, billing, or accommodations promptly• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics.• Lead and support the sales team to ensure targets are met.• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for BOD

Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A certification in sales or hospitality management is a plus.• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.• Detail-oriented approach to managing bookings, contracts, and guest preferences.• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
