Responsibilities:
• Lead the shift members to perform their duty to produce planned volume with highest quality with lowest
possible.
• Planning, controlling the storage spaces for raw and packaging materials to be aligned with first in first
out system arrange all materials for smooth flows to fulfill the production target.
• Supervise and monitor to reduce zero accident and keep cleaning workplace to ensure safety work and
healthy environment.
• Supervise ensure stock taking the receiving, issuing and transferring of raw and packaging materials
through compliance as proper procedures and instruction.
• Assist RPM Manager for monitoring and maintaining warehouse KPI’s.
• Supervising and follow up housekeeping of individual department through GHP, 5S and ISO audit to
operate as the world class company.
• Train and guide the shift members to improve their operation skills to meet set targets of KRAs.
 

Primary Requirements:
• Any Graduated
• 2 years’ experience in food industry is preferred.
• Experience in managing people who with low education background.
• Good knowledge of food industries, computer knowledge in MS Office.
• Planning skills, basic of brewing and packaging knowledge.
• Good command in English and communication skills.
• Having good eyesight, healthy and decisive.
