  • Develop and implement strategic plans for fleet and warehouse operations to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead fleet management, ensuring vehicle utilization, maintenance schedules, compliance, and operational performance.
  • Oversee warehouse management, including inventory control, storage optimization, logistics planning, and workflow improvements.
  • Monitor key operational KPIs and metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to top management.
  • Drive process standardization, automation, and best practices to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Logistics, Procurement, and Finance, to ensure smooth operations and resource optimization.
  • Identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities, and propose strategic solutions.
  • Mentor, guide, and develop the operations team to build capabilities and ensure high performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in operations management, with strong exposure to fleet and warehouse management.
  • Proven ability to strategically manage operations without direct involvement in routine operational tasks.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Knowledge of logistics, inventory management systems, and operational best practices
