Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

The role holder is responsible for developing proper documentation and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to required set terms and conditions required to expedite Trade Finance transaction operations.

  • Have basic understanding of trade finance and corporate credit knowledge.
  • To review contents of loan documents related to Trade Finance facility.
  • Coordinate with RMs if any documents discrepancies and deviation.
  • Create loan documents control log on system to keep a complete record
  • Loan documents reviews whilst there is material regulations updates or amendments.
  • Coordination amongst RMs, Trade Sales to facilitate credit facility utilization.
  • Conduct credit limit booking and credit facility balance control on system whilst there is a transaction.
  • Appropriate communications and coordination with Credit Dept.

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least a Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in business management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience working in financial institutions and in the area of loan.
  • Excellent problem solving and influencing skills
  • Able to communicate at all level.
