Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our operations team and manage client relationships. This role focuses on ensuring smooth daily operations, meeting service standards, and maintaining client satisfaction through effective team leadership and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage team performance to meet KPIs and SLAs.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients; handle communication and escalations.

  • Monitor daily operations and drive process improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal policies.

  • Prepare performance reports and ensure service quality.
