We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and oversee our retail, wholesale, and logistics operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in supply chain management, warehouse operations, inventory control, and store efficiency.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across retail stores, wholesale channels, and logistics functions
  • Develop and implement efficient supply chain and inventory strategies
  • Optimize warehouse management systems and delivery schedules
  • Manage and monitor KPIs across departments to ensure service and cost targets are met
  • Coordinate with procurement, finance, and sales teams to align operational goals
  • Lead, coach, and develop operational teams for high performance
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in retail/wholesale/logistics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex processes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficient in ERP systems and logistics management tools
