Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Support the implementation and Facilitation of Performance Management System (PMS).
  • Facilitate employee engagement surveys and analyze results to support action planning.
  • Assist in the design and delivery of workshops, focus groups, and development sessions.
  • Assist in developing yearly OD plan
  • Support the planning and execution of Succession Planning & other OD initiatives including Job grading and culture-building.
  • Prepare and update monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports.
  • Maintain, update, and manage OD documents, data-based, and reporting format.
  • Handle, update, and manage the OD Share Drive.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in any field. Diploma in HR Management is preferred.
  • Must have 2–3 years of relevant experience in organizational development, HR, or talent management.
  • Must have knowledge in adult learning theories and practices.
  • Must have knowledge in effective learning and development methods.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with good ability to build relations with stakeholders
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Intermediate level in English proficiency
