Job Description

  • Identify and attract qualified candidates using databases, social media, and professional networks.
  • Manage the entire hiring process, from posting vacancies to conducting interviews, screenings, and background checks.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and potential candidates.
  • Evaluate applicants' skills, experience, and cultural fit through in-depth interviews.
  • Manage job offers and salary negotiations to ensure successful hires.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and talent market insights to refine recruiting strategie
  • Update and record the employee information in Excel
  • Define employee ID numbers and finger print entry for new employees
  • Arrange and participate in job fairs
  • Maintain work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • Provide new employee information to HR team and Admin Department for arrangement of fixed assets and related department with effective date
  • Participate in department meetings
  • Communicate and cooperate effectively with relevant departments in the organization
  • Perform other related duties and required of the Human Resources Department
  • Follow instructions from and report to the HR Manager

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as relevat position.
  • Bachelor’s degree, Diploma or certifications in Human Resource field.
  • At least 1 – 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Gmail.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools (Jobnet, social media)
  • Strong communication skill
  • Intermediate in both Burmese and English
