Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  1. Manage the MD’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and reminders.
  2. Coordinate business and personal travel arrangements.
  3. Handle confidential documents and communications professionally.
  4. Assist in organizing meetings and personal/business events.
  5. Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and refreshments for the MD and guests.
  6. Arrange and prepare meal settings for the MD when required.
  7. Coordinate food orders, meal preparation, and dining arrangements.
  8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the MD’s office and personal areas.
  9. Provide hospitality support during meetings and guest visits.
  10. Manage personal errands such as shopping, bill payments, reservations, and appointments.
  11. Liaise with drivers, domestic helpers, maintenance staff, and vendors.
  12. Handle urgent personal matters efficiently and discreetly.
  13. Prepare expense records and reimbursement claims.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Single Female only and Age under 35 years.

  • 1 - 2 years of experience as Personal Assistant or related role

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and must be looking good personality
  • Strong personality with professional presence and high grooming standards
  • Willing to travel as required. (Local & Oversea)
