Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Executive Calendar & Schedule: Manage the Managing Director’s daily calendar, coordinate internal/external meetings, and handle itinerary planning.

  • Communication & Gatekeeping: Screen incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; draft professional responses and filter requests on behalf of the MD.

  • Travel & Expense Management: Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, visas, and prepare executive expense reports.

  • Document & Report Preparation: Draft letters, memos, presentations, and executive summaries; organize confidential files and records.

  • Departmental Liaison: Facilitate communication between the MD and department heads to track action items and deadlines.

  • Board Meeting Management: Organize quarterly/annual Board and Committee meetings, prepare agendas, compile board books, and distribute pre-meeting materials.

  • Minutes & Documentation: Attend all Board meetings, record accurate and detailed minutes, track post-meeting action items, and maintain formal corporate records.

  • Corporate Governance: Ensure corporate actions comply with company bylaws, statutory regulations, and corporate governance standards.

  • Board Communication: Serve as the central liaison for Board members, handling logistics, communications, and formal notices.

  • Compliance & Filings: Maintain statutory registers, file required regulatory documents with government authorities, and support annual shareholder meetings (AGM).

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in corporate governance, legal administration, corporate secretarial services, or supporting executive boards.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Corporate Governance, Business Administration, or certified Corporate/Company Secretary credentials.

  • Legal & Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of corporate law, governance principles, and regulatory compliance frameworks.

  • Key Traits: Meticulous attention to detail, exceptional legal/business writing skills, absolute confidentiality, and high professional ethics.

  • Experience: 5–8 years of executive support experience assisting C-level executives or Managing Directors.

  • Language & Tech Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English and Myanmar; proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.

  • Key Traits: High confidentiality, strong emotional intelligence, problem-solving skills, and time management.
