Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Consolidate domestic and export sales demand and prepare the master production, milling, packaging, and delivery plan.
  • Review raw material, finished goods, and packaging material availability against confirmed orders.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Production, QC, Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, Trading, and other departments to execute the approved plan.
  • Monitor daily production, cargo readiness, inventory transfers, and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare and coordinate stuffing, loading, fumigation, surveyor, and shipment arrangements.
  • Ensure production and loading activities follow customer specifications, quality requirements, booking schedules, and cargo cutoffs.
  • Coordinate toll-milling operations and review production output, yield, inventory, and supporting records.
  • Maintain accurate planning, production, inventory, loading, and shipment records.
  • Identify operational risks and promptly escalate delays, shortages, quality issues, or additional-cost risks to the Manager.
  • Assign and supervise team members’ daily activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Prepare regular operational updates and management reports.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in planning, production, supply chain, warehouse, logistics, or export operations.
  • Previous supervisory or team-coordination experience is preferred.
  • Experience in rice milling, agricultural commodities, food manufacturing, or export operations is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in Myanmar and English.
