Supply Chain Planning: 

• Develop accurate demand forecasts for all products, incorporating factors such as historical sales data, seasonality, marketing campaigns, menu changes, and new store openings.  
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to align forecasts with sales targets, promotional calendars, and business plans.  
• Maintain and update forecasting models and systems to improve accuracy and responsiveness to changing market conditions. 
• Work with cross-functional teams and suppliers for new products or new projects launching 

Procurement Process 

• Developing procurement processes to achieve cost efficiency and operational effectiveness. 
• Identify various saving opportunities by sourcing suppliers, network optimization, tendering and negotiations for the best prices and terms. 
• Maintaining good relationships with suppliers while continually scouting for additional vendors for better prices or services  
• Developing risk management procedures to mitigate losses in the event of supply shortages 
• Supervising a purchasing team and delegating tasks across departments when necessary 
• Working closely with the company legal department to make sure contracts terms are favorable and necessary Purchase Contracts are in place 
• Manage to ensure consistent delivery of goods while identifying possible obstacles that may affect supply efficiency 
• Maintain monthly reporting dashboards to track procurement KPI’s and provide updates to leadership team 
• Communicating with management regularly regarding the efficient flow of goods and services and alert if there is any risk of supply shortage 

• Bachelor’s degree. MBA or Procurement or Supply Chain Management Certification is an advantage.  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.  
• Experience in food & beverage, retail, or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry is preferred.  
• Proven experience in Forecasting, Product Sourcing, Procurement, Purchasing Management 
• Previous proven supervisory experience for a team 
• Excellent negotiation skills and conflict resolution skills 
• Strong organization skills 
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Myanmar
