Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Review and prepare project requirements for machinery and equipment procurement.
Collaborate proactively with cross-functional departments to forecast and plan sourcing activities, ensuring procurement deadlines are met and demand requirements are effectively consolidated for machinery and equipment projects.
Follow up closely with suppliers to ensure timely and consistent delivery of goods and services.
Maintain a strong understanding of import procedures, shipping documentation, and payment processes, coordinating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate with relevant departments to manage import shipment processes, document preparation, and payment timelines.
Ensure timely processing and arrangement of vendor payments.
Conduct supplier performance evaluations to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance with company standards.
Support the implementation and administration of contracts with key suppliers.
Manage the full contract lifecycle, from initiation to completion.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in procurement or sourcing functions.
Strong knowledge and purchasing experience in engineering materials, machinery, and construction-related items.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate effectively with vendors.
Good command of English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Familiar with SAP systems and experienced in preparing procurement-related reports.
