Play a key leading role in new product design and define good customer experience as a product owner
Lead the development of New products throughout the product development lifecycle
Responsible for requirements gathering, product functionality verification, regulatory requirements compliance, product launching, and commercialization
Take ownership of the profit and loss of the products and manage them well for profitability
Identify innovative solutions that will make a positive impact on the bank’s product and performance
Identify differentiating product highlights and devise a go-to-market plan
Proactively identify new opportunities within the Fintech space, enabling the business to support growth priorities and strategy through market insights and analysis

Job Requirements

Must have a relevant degree. A Master’s degree is also preferred.
Must have over 5 years of work experience in product development-related fields.
Good knowledge of trade finance products, corporate banking products, and global financial markets;
Familiar with regulatory requirements of the banking industry.
Good interpersonal skills, people management, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English and excellent communication skills
