Key Responsibilities
1. Production Planning & Operation Management
• Develop and manage monthly, weekly, and daily production plans to ensure smooth production operations.
• Monitor and control production targets, KPIs, and delivery schedules to ensure achievement of business objectives.
• Effectively utilize manpower, machine capacity, and production resources to maximize operational efficiency.
• Identify and resolve production issues such as delays, machine breakdowns, and material shortages in a timely manner.
2. Manufacturing Process Control
• Ensure manufacturing processes are carried out in accordance with approved SOPs, manufacturing procedures, and GMP requirements.
• Manage and ensure the accuracy and completeness of BMR/BPR and production documentation.
• Monitor and control process parameters, batch yield, waste, rejection rates, and overall production efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and operational performance.
3. GMP & Quality Management
• Ensure production activities comply with WHO GMP, ASEAN GMP, Myanmar FDA requirements, and the Company’s Quality Management System.
• Collaborate with QA/QC Departments to maintain product quality, batch compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and resolve deviations, CAPA actions, and audit findings effectively.
• Ensure production areas and equipment are maintained according to GMP standards.
4. Equipment & Maintenance Management
• Monitor the performance, reliability, and utilization of production equipment.
• Work closely with Maintenance/Engineering Departments to implement preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities.
• Reduce machine downtime and improve production efficiency through effective equipment management.
5. Cost & Inventory Control
• Control the usage of raw materials and packaging materials effectively to minimize losses.
• Reduce waste, rejection, and production losses through process improvement initiatives.
• Implement cost reduction measures and productivity improvement programs.
6. People Management & Safety
• Lead the Production Team and manage employee performance, competency development, and productivity improvement.
• Provide training and guidance to operators to enhance GMP compliance, quality awareness, and safety culture.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements and workplace safety standards.
7. Reporting & Coordination
• Prepare and submit reports on production performance, KPIs, yield, downtime, cost, and improvement activities to Management.
• Coordinate and collaborate with Planning, Warehouse, QA, QC, Engineering, Procurement, and other relevant departments.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.
