Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Support the Project Manager in the planning, execution, and closing of projects.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or risks, and report them to the Project Manager.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and smooth workflow.
  • Attend project meetings, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and ensure quality control.
  • Help manage project closeout procedures, including final inspections and documentation.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed to support project operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a project-related role
  • Familiarity with project management principles and basic construction processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in a project management career.
