Job Description

Check and validate PAC (Preliminary Acceptance Certificate) requirements, including Quality Management System documentation, project documents, and milestone completion.
Supervise and validate Technical PAC activities before on-air implementation to ensure site quality and service readiness.
Review and approve issuance of PAC certificates to vendors after ensuring all major punch points have been resolved.
Check and validate FAC (Final Acceptance Certificate) requirements, including Quality Management System documentation, project documents, and milestone completion.
Ensure all required documents are submitted completely and comply with quality and safety standards.
Review and validate FAC after confirming that all major and minor punch points have been closed.
Consolidate feedback and instructions from Head Office and communicate them effectively to all regional teams.
Coordinate with vendors, rollout teams, and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely project completion through effective communication, issue resolution, and progress monitoring.
Monitor, track, and communicate action items (To-Do lists) and critical issues with all relevant stakeholders to ensure timely closure.
Inspect and validate telecom infrastructure materials, including poles, towers, and related equipment, before shipment or installation to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
Conduct on-site inspections to verify construction progress, installation quality, and compliance with company standards and technical requirements.
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management in support of rollout operations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor of Science (Physics) or Bachelor Degree (B.E)- Electronics and Communications Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications rollout, quality management, site acceptance, or project coordination roles.
PAC and FAC inspection, validation and approval
Punch point management and closure verifaction
Cross-functional coordination with HQ, regional terms, and vendors
Site quality inspection and compliance verification
Knowledge of telecom infrastructure deployment standards
