  • Develop and implement area-wise sales plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales supervisor and sales representative as regional.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across product categories.
  • Handle distributor appointment, management, ROI calculation, and performance reviews.
  • Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Must be able to manage the sales team well to achieve the target
  • Ensure dealer sales-in and stocks holding to be in line with monthly target allocated.
  • Meet targets on customer acquisition and product sales on monthly basis.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate or bachelor degree.
  • Must have worked in the FMCG industry.
  • Must have at least (2) years of experience as a Sales Manager.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
  • Must be able to work long-term
