Job Description

Responsibilities

• Drive interest income and other fees for the bank by building and managing relationship corporate clients, individuals and identifying cross and up-selling opportunities
• Prospect potential clients; acquire the new account; identify clients’ needs, financial requirements and turn prospects into successful deals
• Draw up account development plan; Database client master list and update client information regularly; manage own pipeline and supervise pipeline for junior team members
• Understanding the customers’ requirement with good sense of credit assessment and industry trends
• Conduct credit analysis of lending products and reports to the management
• Provide market insights, new product ideas and competitor information to the Management for new product development and process improvement
• Work closely with various functions of the bank such as branches, retail banking, trade and credit teams to uncover and fulfilling the needs of the customers
• Build and maintains strong effective relationship with Trade Finance, Credit department, Branches as well as Head Office’s office support function to achieve target objectives.
• Attend occasional events for networking purposes and promote Bank’s Brand in the business community and associations

Job Requirements

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor degree holder (preferably in Business majors)
• Age between 23 – 45
• Excellent skills in computer, email and internet
• Fluency in English
• At least 5 years of working experience
• Experience in sales, business development, trade, finance, and banking preferred
• Knowledge of banking products required especially in the lending area
• Knowledge in credit analysis skills and trade products knowledge is a must
• Possess sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Possess the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
