The Analyst plays a key role in safeguarding the organization by continuously monitoring security information, identifying potential threats, and ensuring timely, accurate incident reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining a secure and resilient environment.

Information capture and data gathering

Monitor English-language and Myanmar-language news outlets and other information sources on a daily basis to collect information abo.ut the security situation in Myanmar.

Report incidents in accordance with internal standard operating procedure in a timely manner

Provide ad hoc support (e.g., desktop research) to R&A Team

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of security issues and geopolitical dynamics in Myanmar
Strong knowledge of media sector
Structured thought
Neutral / Objective
Ability to process and analyze diverse datasets
Solid computer skills: collaborative work tools, Excel, Word.
Knowledge of editing software
Bachelor minimum, preferably in political sciences, international relations, conflict studies, media studies.
