Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and talent pools.
  • Conduct initial screenings and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for critical roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
  • Provide guidance on recruitment strategies, market insights, and hiring best practices.
  • Communicate regularly with hiring managers on recruitment progress and timelines.

Employer Branding

  • Support employer branding initiatives to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Contribute to recruitment events, job fairs, career talks, and online branding campaigns.
  • Create engaging recruitment content for social media and talent attraction channels.

Data, Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases (ATS or internal trackers).
  • Ensure all documentation of hiring process.
  • Ensure all hiring practices comply with legal and company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree holder with diploma in human resources.
  • Have minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience as Recruitment Specialist or Talent Acquisition Specialist in medium or large organization.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Efficient multitasking skill, including effective communication with hiring manager, active listening, and problem-solving.
  • Effective collaboration skills for teamwork and the ability to inspire and motivate the team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English Language.
