Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  1. Assist in organizing meetings, training, and hospital events.
  2. Support logistics for staff (travel, accommodation, ID cards, etc.).
  3. Assist in managing daily administrative operations within the hospital.
  4. Perform any other administrative duties assigned by supervisors or management.
  5. Support procurement and inventory management for office and hospital supplies.
  6. Assist in preparing monthly admin reports (utilities, maintenance, purchases, etc.).
  7. Cooperate with finance and HR teams for payroll, petty cash, and claim processes.
  8. Maintain filing systems, staff records, and other administrative data in proper order.
  9. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (letters, memos, phone calls, emails).
  10. Prepare, record, and maintain staff attendance, leave forms, and related HR documentation.
  11. Coordinate maintenance and repair requests with relevant departments or service providers.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business Administration, Management, or related field).
  2. Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in administration or HR field, preferably in hospital or healthcare sector.
  3. Good command of English and Myanmar (written & spoken).
