Manage and oversee all branches daily operations and ensure compliance to operations standards and procedures
Managing Area Managers, Supervisors and Staffs from all branches
Coordinate with backend office departments including finance, marketing, delivery etc for smooth operations
Hires, trains and provide on-going communication to staff and deliver first-class service to customers
Set sales targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
Propose staff changes in assigned areas, including hiring, promotion and demotion
Handles customers’ feedback promptly
Assist and support any other relevant business duties and responsibilities when assigned by the management.
Manage the brand financial objectives by forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures through best monitoring methods via tracking, monitoring and analysing sales, labour and food cost variances.
Analyse and monitor competition by gathering current marketing place information and excellent knowledge of the market conditions.

Job Requirements

University Degree (preferably in Business Management, Business Administration)
Minimum 5 years of F&B working experience which will include 2 years of F&B management experience
Must have English four skills and Computer (MS-Office)
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Good communication skills
