As RnD manager in a pharmaceutical company you will do research, diagnose, troubleshoot, identify solutions to resolve activities related to the formula of processes and packaging of the product with related department or group department company to support Production on site, and coordinate to external for transfer product include facilitate to supplier so the source able to meet with the standard specification for product.

Some of job description below:

• Lead product transfer process from R&D to manufacturing or/and intercompany
• Lead and coordinate all diversification/changes concerning raw material, packaging material, new technology which could be or has any possibility to directly implement in manufacturing area
• Ensure Master Processing/Packaging Instruction (MPIs), associated change controls and supports the execution at the shop floor
• Ensure the product development formula that comply within specification through proper Research Plan (if any)
• Develop human resource related to the department, through identifying the organization needs and human resources, organizing the team (arranging the target, evaluating performance, assessing the competence and developing and motivating the employees through training and coaching.
• Ensure the artwork obtained from external/ another entity from Kalbe group able to implement
• Ensure the needs from Business Development and /or Marketing request meet with supplier that able to complies for the product needs
• Support for the process to obtain certain standard in the regulatory can meet with needs and able to maintain a good relationship with Government officials

• Minimal bachelor degree in Pharmaceutical, any other medical field. Chemical engineering or any medical engineering related also encouraged. With a master or PhD are highly welcomed.
• Knowledge in GMP, GDocP, any ISO standard, and also familiar with USP, PIC/S, and WHO system for pharmaceutical facility highly encourage
• Knowledge in pharmaceutical (oral) products, packaging, and basic regulatory
• Able to do analysis, build the relationship, drive for results based on timeline, good leadership and coach team member
