Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

The primary purpose of this role is to monitor and evaluate the performance of various channels (e.g., Distribution, Retail, Online, direct sales etc.) to ensure that they meet business objectives and deliver optimal results. By gathering, analyzing, and reporting data, the Manager plays a crucial role in providing accurate and actionable insights. This enables senior management and other departments to make informed decisions. The role ensures that key performance indicators (KPIs) and channel metrics are communicated clearly through regular reports and dashboards. This helps stakeholders at all levels to understand channel performance. Determines KPIs to measure success relative to the company’s goals. Produce high quality dashboard and report.

 

Reporting and Insights:

  • Collect, process and analyze daily quality of achievement tracking, on various sales KPIs for allchannel performance insights at micro level.•
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights into channel performance.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the reports.
  • Translate complex data into business recommendations to optimize sales strategies and improvechannel performance.

Data Management and Visualization:

  • Manage large sets of performance data, ensuring it is clean, structured, and ready for analysis.
  • Use business intelligence tools (e.g., Postgres, Power BI, Excel) to create clear and visuallyappealing reports and presentations.

Channel Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of different sales channels (retail stores, POS, Distributors,Eagle App, etc.).
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within each channel.
  • Evaluate KPIs such as Primary/Secondary/Tertiary, customer acquisition etc.

Ad-Hoc Data & Analysis:

  • Support source data for Top Management for Weekly Meetings & Sales Review presentation
  • Respond to ad-hoc information and data requests from Sales Team and cross function
  • Responsible for Publishing performance report of Mini cluster/Cluster performance with various KPIs
  • Utilized Power BI to develop interactive dashboards and reports for sales, Marketing and Networkdata analysis and visualization to identify trends and insights
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, Daily reports, Data visualization to communicate findingseffectively to stakeholders
  • Regular Insights on LUT/Non LUT data Analysis to focus on revenue
  • Immediate escalation to IT team on IT Issue regarding Data discrepancy/Data missing etc.
  • Ensure data accuracy by conducting regular data quality checks
  • To maintain ground team daily morning meeting input, checking automation and reports deliverytimeline to regional support
  • Support daily consolidated report including marketing KPIs
  • Analyses S&D data and complete the assigned part of the daily/weekly/monthly and other routinereporting process
  • To support all scheduled reports within a timeline with accuracy of Data
  • Work with regional stakeholders and cross functional teams to support their data needs and provideanalytical supportIII.JOB

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, Telecommunications, or arelated field.
  • A master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in telecom sales or channel management, with at least 3 yearsin performance analysis or reporting.
  • Strong experience with channel sales management and understanding of telecom market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large datasets and turn them into actionable insights.

Key Skillsets (3 - 5 skillsets)
1.Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Postgres, Power BI, SQL).
2.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3.Experience in building and managing dashboards and reports.
4.Understanding of forecasting techniques and performance metrics.
5.Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
