The primary purpose of this role is to monitor and evaluate the performance of various channels (e.g., Distribution, Retail, Online, direct sales etc.) to ensure that they meet business objectives and deliver optimal results. By gathering, analyzing, and reporting data, the Manager plays a crucial role in providing accurate and actionable insights. This enables senior management and other departments to make informed decisions. The role ensures that key performance indicators (KPIs) and channel metrics are communicated clearly through regular reports and dashboards. This helps stakeholders at all levels to understand channel performance. Determines KPIs to measure success relative to the company’s goals. Produce high quality dashboard and report.

Key Skillsets (3 - 5 skillsets)1.Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Postgres, Power BI, SQL).2.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.3.Experience in building and managing dashboards and reports.4.Understanding of forecasting techniques and performance metrics.5.Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
