Job Requirements

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (Manager-level experience is preferred)
Prior experience in FMCG (Food & Beverage / Bakery products) is an advantage
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide a team
Good understanding of Digital Marketing (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze sales data, ROI, and campaign performance to make effective decisions
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
