Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Oversee the end-to-end sales order processing lifecycle (from order placement to delivery and invoicing).
  • Manage distributor agreements, price lists, promotion setups, and commercial trade terms in the system
  • Monitor distributor claims, trade spend allowances, and rebate calculations for prompt processing and alignment with finance.
  • Generate, analyze, and present weekly/monthly sales performance reports, sell-in/sell-out data, and stock movement analysis.
  • Lead, train, and mentor the sales administrative and order processing team to maintain high productivity and accuracy standards.
  • Continuously refine sales admin workflows, system controls, and standard operating procedures

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in sales administration or sales operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a FMCG, retail, or wholesale distribution environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data modeling) and familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau is a plus).
  • Strong proficiency with distribution Odoo Software.

Office hours (8:30 am to 5:30 pm).

Closed on Saturday &  Sundays and Gazette holidays
