  • Actively prospect and establish partnerships with new retail outlets, introducing NearMe's digital services.

  • Lead meetings, create compelling proposals, and diligently follow up with potential partners.

  • Handle customer complaints, conduct cold calling initiatives, and disseminate essential information to both existing and prospective partners.

  • Provide comprehensive training on new services to NearMe partner shops, ensuring a seamless integration.

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets, demonstrating a proactive approach to business development.

  • Report daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities to the respective line manager.

  • Successfully meet daily targets assigned by the Manager, contributing to overall team objectives.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize results and enhance overall team performance.

  • Collaborate effectively with the team and demonstrate flexibility by undertaking additional tasks and assignments as directed by the Manager to ensure the smooth operation of sales and distribution activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Age between 22 to 30 years.

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a Fintech or Related field.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills to foster a collaborative work environment.

  • Competency in using Microsoft Office applications for efficient reporting and analysis.

  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
