The Senior Sales Manager will be a pivotal leader, responsible for revolutionizing our sales operations and driving exponential growth across our diverse sales teams. This role demands a dynamic, results-driven professional with a proven track record in both strategic sales leadership and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will leverage his/her expertise to significantly boost sales performance, expand our market presence, and excel in strategic sales initiatives. By fostering a culture of high-performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement, the Senior Sales Manager will ensure seamless alignment with company objectives while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key customers to support long-term business growth.

Lead for Peak Performance

  • Direct, coach, and motivate multiple sales teams to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators, while building a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement.

Execute Strategy

  • Translate company growth objectives, product portfolio priorities, and market opportunities into clear sales strategies, action plans, and measurable targets across teams, products, and key accounts.

Sales Process & Discipline

  • Establish and enforce structured sales routines, standardized processes, and key account management practices, ensuring consistency from lead generation through closing and after-sales follow-up.

Market Expansion & Business Growth

  • Identify and aggressively develop new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, distributors, and institutional customers to drive sustainable and scalable market growth.

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Establish measurable sales KPIs, implement effective tracking and reporting tools, provide accurate forecasts and performance reports, and take timely corrective actions when results fall short.

Customer & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, lead major negotiations and tenders, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and partnership.

Market Intelligence & Insights

  • Continuously monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market dynamics, providing data-driven insights to senior management and the Board of Directors.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Medical or a related field
  • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of sales experience in the medical industry (medical devices, medical consumables, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare solutions), with at least 3–5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
  • Extensive sales management experience in the medical industry, with proven leadership and execution capability, strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, and a data-driven mindset capable of building winning teams and delivering results in a fast-growth environment.
